From 2003 to 2005 training stage at the Hotel/Restaurant Kriss in Bardolino on Lake Garda, Villa Quaranta in Pescantina, Silver Star in Verona. Employed by Villa Quaranta as mise en place and starters attendant.

In 2006 and 2007 employed at the biennial cinema festival of Venice, by the restaurant Mabapa as the chef the partie, warehousing and catering/banqueting service.

From 2007 to 2011 department vice head in a food supermarket in Negrar.

In 2011 chef the partie at the restaurant Cecconi’s in London.

In 2012 second chef at a restaurant in Garda.

In 2012 employed in catering and pastry making.

From 2013 to 2014 employed as a main course chef the partie at a restaurant in Verona.

In 2015 second chef at a restaurant in Perth (Australia) and in Brisbane (Australia).

From 2016 until today employed as a chef at a restaurant in Verona.
