EXPERIENCE
After my studies I started straight away working as Chef in several Restaurant, Catering and first class Hotel.
Always looking for new goal, after early experience in Verona (Ristorante Villa Quaranta, Osteria Ponte Pietra, Hotel Victoria, Byblos Hotel and so on), I have been four years abroad working in high-class resaurants, among London and Australia.
Finally I have been coming back in Verona for a new challenge at Byblos Art Hotel.
